GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility as a visitor.

PLEASE READ THEM IN FULL AND FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE.

PLAYER DETAILS:

You will be required to fill in full details for the main contact for the booking (Player 1) and the names of any other players. You may only book up to 3 players per tee time slot and no more than 3 players may play in any one group.

You will be asked to select the number of players for the booking at the top of the page where you are entering the Player 1 details, be sure to select the required number and enter all names before proceeding. When the booking is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number which must be used as the payment reference when you make your payment (Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking).

PAYMENT:

You will be taken to our secure PayPal payment process to complete your booking and a confirmation email will be sent to the player making the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your booking by providing your booking reference number to the Secretary/Manager, by email to admin@stornowaygolfclub.co.uk

FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:

No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel your booking before any tee times booked.
